Now in its 17th year, this is the apex of animation compilation shows, prized by industry professionals, students, and fans (annually packing the 6500-seat theater at Comic-Con). It is curated by animation expert and producer Ron Diamond, who has scouted 37 eventual Oscar nominees and 14 winners among the many prize-winners culled over the years from around the globe.
