DRIFTLESS is a feature-length, poetically-versed documentary film which immerses the audience in a world of wildness, seasonal shifts, liminal space, loss, and redemption. It follows the first year of fellow artist and filmmaker Mica O'Herlihy's gender transition, and the last year of living on and operating their farm in Wisconsin, as they are forced to sell and move across the country in order to search for safety and community.
