How do I use a $5 discount on membership?
Senior citizens (65 years or older), School of the Art Institute of Chicago Alumni and Art Institute Members are eligible to receive a discount. Double discounts do not apply. Proof of discount status required. Must purchase in person to receive these discounts.
How long will it take for me to receive my membership card and sticker?
Cards will be sent out a few weeks after you purchase your membership. If you still have not received your card after 3 weeks please email email@example.com or call our offices at (312) 846-2600.
I have purchased a membership but my new card/sticker has not arrived yet; can I still use my membership benefits?
Absolutely! As soon as you make your purchase you are an active member of the Film Center. Take full advantage of your member benefits by presenting your temporary card, email confirmation, or by providing your name and a photo ID at the box office.
Why am I not getting the monthly Gazette in the mail?
Your membership may have expired or we may have an incorrect address on file. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our offices at (312) 846-2600 and we will be happy to rectify this issue.

Why can’t I log in with my member information online to buy tickets?
To buy tickets online you must create an account that is separate from your membership. When buying tickets for the first time you will be asked to create a username and password, and fill in your personal information. After this you will easily be able to login to buy tickets again in the future. All personal information provided online is completely secure.
