- How do I use my Siskel Summer Pass?

Online: After your purchase, you will receive a member number. This number can be used online to log-in and unlock your complimentary admission to eligible showtimes between May 1 and August 31, 2024.
In-Person: If you wish to redeem your pass in-person please notify the staff member at the box office and we can redeem your Siskel Summer Pass by searching your name.
- What shows are eligible for the Siskel Summer Pass?

All regularly priced screenings from May 1 to Aug 31, 2024 are available to pass holders. The Siskel Summer Pass is not valid for festival screenings, special events, partner programs, and National Theatre Live screenings.
- How often can I use the Siskel Summer Pass?

Limit one complimentary ticket per screening for the Individual level ($30) tier. Limit two complimentary tickets per screening for the Dual level ($60) tier. No restrictions on daily usage - enjoy a double or triple feature!
- How long does a Siskel Summer Pass last?

The Siskel Summer Pass has a one month term, per pass fee paid. The pass can be purchased at any time of the month, and will expire one month from that date. For passes purchased prior to May 1, the expiration date will be May 31, 2024. Passes purchased in August will expire August 31.
- Is there an online fee for redeeming tickets with the Siskel Summer Pass?

With the Siskel Summer Pass, there are no additional fees to book your admission in advance on our website.
- Do I get a card for my pass?

Physical and digital wallet cards are available for the Siskel Summer Pass. If you would like a physical card, please visit the box office and our staff can create a card for you. If you wish to add the card to your device’s wallet, please follow the instructions below.
- How do I add the pass to my digital wallet?

- Visit the Sign In page on your phone, then click on the icon on the top right that has the first initial of your name (next to the Cart 🛒 icon). From the options shown, click “My Account” to view your Summer Pass account details.
- Next, click on the option of “My Benefits” at the bottom of the list.
Image- On the next screen, you can select whether you want to add your Siskel Summer Pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account.
Image- Your phone will then confirm your card addition to your mobile wallet.
- Next time you visit the box office or concessions to use your passholder benefits, you can show us your digital card! We appreciate passholders choosing to save plastic and using our digital card feature.
- What should I do if I cannot attend a movie?

If you cannot attend a movie booked with the Siskel Summer Pass, please call the box office - (312) 846-2600 - and leave a voicemail for our staff. We will release your ticket for purchase to another customer.
- I am going out of town - can I pause my pass and resume on my return?

Unfortunately, passes strictly expire after one month. If your pass expires, you can wait until the best possible time to renew.
- I would like to cancel my pass - can I get a refund for days not used?

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase. The pass will expire one month from the date of purchase.
