BLACK BARBIE: A DOCUMENTARY follows the personal journey of Beulah Mae Mitchell, who devoted 45 years to Mattel and witnessed the profound impact of Black Barbies on girls. Prior to her arrival, self-realization was imposed upon by white beauty conventions.
