Director Mascaro (NEON BULL) crafts an amped-up sexy, witty take on the future of dance parties, ritualistic orgies, cults, and fundamentalist Christianity. Joana (Paes), a low-level bureaucrat fervently allied with the government’s goals, functions as a counselor charged with effecting the reconciliation of couples contemplating divorce.
