How do I purchase a ticket online?

When visiting the page of the film you would like to purchase a ticket for, click the “Order Tickets” button.

Next, find the showtime you wish to purchase for. Click the “Buy Tickets” button next to the showtime.


A window will pop up that will allow you to select your quantity of tickets. If you are a member, click “Members Sign In Here” to access your discounted ticket rate.


Click “Add” for your tickets to be added to your cart. If you are ready to process your payment, you can click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Please note there is a 25 minute window to finalize your purchase - after this time ends, your claim on those tickets will be forfeited and your cart will be cleared.

How do members access discounted tickets online?

Note: the Film Center transitioned to a new ticketing and membership system on March 1, 2023. Previous log-in credentials and membership numbers are invalid in the new system.

  • Visit the Sign In page before you browse for your tickets, or click the “Members Sign In Here” button during ticket selection.
  • Click the button stating “Are you a member?” button to access the member log-in.
  • Please enter your member number. If you are unsure of your number, click “Forgot your Number?” and you will be able to retrieve your number using your name and zip code.
  • If it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to finalize your online account.
  • After logging in, your discounted ticket will appear as a ticket option. Add to your cart - and choose to add additional tickets to other films, or proceed to checkout.


Individual level members are limited to one discounted ticket per screening. 
Dual level members are limited to two discounted tickets per screening. 

Note: The Film Center does not do partial refunds to reflect member discounts - if you are unable to unlock a discounted ticket, please do not purchase a General Admission ticket in lieu of your member ticket.

When do tickets go on sale?

Our showtime schedules are posted on a weekly basis. Specialty screenings, such as series and partner programs, are often on sale in advance. New release films (opening on Fridays and are shown multiple times for a minimum of one week) are posted at least one week prior to the opening date. Come back weekly to see the next week’s showtimes and book your ticket!

Can I call to purchase or reserve tickets over the phone?

All ticket purchases must be done online or in-person at the box office. To ensure secure payments, we do not process ticket payments over the phone. We also do not reserve tickets over the phone - all tickets are first come, first serve based on the payment time.

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets prior to your screening to ensure entry - especially for specialty films with limited screening options.


Can I purchase a membership online?

Yes! Memberships are available for purchase anytime on our website. If you are looking to purchase a gift membership, please read more below.

Can I renew my membership online?

Yes! You can extend your membership another year by clicking here.

Please note that if you should receive a discounted membership, you will need to visit the box office to verify your discount.

Can I give a membership to someone?

Yes! We have gift memberships available online. You can give both individual and dual levels of membership. Since our memberships are tax deductible, the purchaser will be recognized as the donor.

Do I get a membership card?

A membership card is not required to purchase tickets online or at the box office.

In an effort to reduce the Siskel's plastic and paper consumption, we do not automatically issue physical membership cards upon the purchase or renewal of a membership. If purchasing tickets at the box office, you only need to provide us with your first and last name to confirm your member status. If purchasing your tickets online, please use the membership login information you created when purchasing your membership to ensure you receive your tickets at the discounted member price. Please note: Our staff cannot offer partial refunds if you have already purchased tickets at full price.

However, if you would still like a physical membership card please visit the box office during open hours and our staff will create one for you. 

The Film Center does not mail out membership cards. There is a limit of one card per member. 

How do I add a digital membership card to my phone?
  • Visit the Sign In page on your phone, then click on the icon on the top right that has the first initial of your name (next to the Cart 🛒 icon). From the options shown, click “My Account” to view your membership account details.
  • Next, click on the option of “My Benefits” at the bottom of the list.
  • On the next screen, you can select whether you want to add your membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account.
  • Your phone will then confirm your card addition to your mobile wallet.
  • Next time you visit the box office or concessions to use your member benefits, you can show us your digital card! We appreciate our members choosing to save plastic and using our digital card feature.

During periods of heavy customer traffic, the box office may not be able to answer the phone - please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Our staff will not call back if you do not leave a voicemail.
