"A disturbingly stylish and surrealistic drama, (which) could well attract critical support given its strangely compelling story, impressive performances and strange sense of the grotesque." - Screen Daily
"Hauntingly surreal, and sometimes maddeningly oblique, it never fails to be consistently compelling, and Hoffman's eerie protagonist manages to resonate long after its final frames". -Ion Cinema
