"A stylized road movie full of impish hijinks… a whimsical, deadpan, and delightfully bizarre coming-of-age in reverse." - Chicago International Film Festival

Opens July 31 | Carolina Cavalli’s sophomore feature is an off-beat comedy that follows an impromptu and ill-advised journey across Italy. Holly spends days at her dead-end job fantasizing about holes in the space-time continuum and wondering where her life went wrong. When she meets Arabella, a rebellious  eight-year-old looking to run away from her self-absorbed author father (played for humor by Chris Pine speaking Italian), Holly becomes convinced their meeting is a cosmic sign and that Arabella is her past self sent back for a second chance. The two embark on an unconventional road trip between two souls anxious about the future and looking for their place in the world. Siskel Film Center exclusive.
