Shot in black and white and color, and featuring music by Francis Lai (you’ll recognize it instantly), A MAN AND A WOMAN won the Palme d’Or at Cannes, the Academy Award for Best International Film, and was a global hit, playing in cinemas in New York for a record-setting 65 weeks.
