"Rob Schroeder makes a sharp directorial debut with this bold, creative sci-fi thriller that continually upends audience expectations." - Shaun Munro, Flickering Myth

"Expect the unexpected." - Carolyn Mauricette, View From The Dark

Reality is upended in Rob Schroeder’s adaptation of screenwriter  - and School of the Art Institute lecturer  - Conor Stechschulte’s graphic novel, Generous Bosom. A mesmerizing puzzle box that evokes the work of David Lynch and David Cronenberg while still introducing a wholy assured new voice, ULTRASOUND toys with audience expectations and science fiction genre conventions. On a dark, rainy night, Glen (Vincent Kartheiser, MAD MEN) is heading home from a wedding when he drives over a plank of nails and seeks help at a nearby house. There, he's welcomed in by Art and his younger wife Cyndi. Glen is pressured into intimacy with Cyndi - an encounter that alters his life, and the lives of numerous strangers. Beguiling, darkly playful and hypnotic, ULTRASOUND is a trippy, visually stunning rollercoaster where nothing is as it seems. (RF)
